What if we treated the present as a strange fantasy world that we have to collectively rewrite? What would we tell? In this workshop, we will create a collective myth of our times. Starting somewhere between fantasy and reality, we will imagine characters, creatures, places, conflicts, and inspiring possible futures. As the story grows, we will give it a physical body.

Participants will transform elements of our collective tale into 3D artefacts, which will then become part of a shared visual landscape: a frieze, a totem, a map, or a strange archaeological remnant of the world we imagined together. At the end of the festival, participants will attach all the artefacts together to create a collective piece. Something between a fictional artefact and a social sculpture. A souvenir from a future that doesn’t exist yet.
